Q: When will my order be shipped?

A: Orders placed during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EST) are typically processed and shipped within 24-48 hours.

Q: Return Policy?

A: EminentLifestyle.com accepts the return or exchange of full-priced merchandise with the original receipt and tags attached for up to 30 days after purchase. Refunds will take 15 to 20 business days depending on the type of transaction. All merchandise is exchangeable only. All sales are final on undergarments,         sunglasses, goggles, watches, and jewelry. Shipping is nonrefundable. All merchandise must be returned in its original unused, unwashed & resalable conditions and a 15 % restocking fee will apply for all returns. Shoeboxes must not have tape or any other shipping labels on them - use the box the shoes were shipped in to return shoes.

Q: How can I return or exchange merchandise ordered from EminentLifestyle.com?

A. Need a different size? Color? Style? We'll send it to you! Simply choose one of the following convenient options to make a return or exchange:

1. Return To a Eminent Lifestyle Store
   Returning has never been easier. Simply bring the item(s), along with your original receipt and a photo ID when you placed your order, to any Eminent Lifestyle retail store and you will be refunded the money in the form of an Eminent Lifestyle gift card. Use our Store Locator to find the nearest Eminent Lifestyle store.
2. Return By Mail
   Simply return the item(s) in its original packaging (when possible) to the address listed below. 15 % restocking fee will apply for returns. 
3. Exchange By Mail
   When exchanging items, be sure to indicate the replacement item, including the style number, color, and size.  Exchanges can be done by mail, shipping & handling cost may apply!!!

Packages must be shipped pre-paid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Refunds and exchanges are processed when item(s) are received. Eminent Lifestyle will pay to ship items processed as exchanges to you. Refunds are given for the price indicated on the original receipt. Credits for returned or exchanged merchandise will be issued in the form of an electronic gift certificate only.

RETURNS WITHOUT RECEIPT

Q: What if I need to make a return, but I've lost my original receipt?

A: If you no longer have a copy of your original receipt, an exchange may be made for merchandise of equal or lesser value. If you have further questions or require additional assistance, please email our Online Customer Service department at info@eminentlifestyle.com.

GIFT RETURNS

Q: How do I return an item I received as a gift?

A: To return an item you received as a gift, simply call this number: (815) 267 - 7557. Gift items with a receipt can be exchanged or returned for a Eminent Lifestyle Store Credit.
