When you place an order over our web site, we will ask for your payment method preference, credit card account number, CVN, and expiration date (if applicable), name as it appears on your credit card, "bill to" address, shipping address, daytime phone number, and e-mail address. Some of this information may be stored in the form of a "cookie" in your computer. Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer. Your browser should give you the option to refuse cookies. Eminent Lifestyle web site requires that you have cookies enabled on your browser security settings.  Your account will be billed by EMINENT IL LLC which will appear on your credit card statement or PayPal account.

We may also use your contact information from your online order to e-mail you newsletters that inform you of new products and special features at Eminent Lifestyle, should you choose to opt-in. We may also offer you special promotions.

All contests and sweepstakes conducted on Eminent Lifestyle web site or at any location are conducted in accordance with both federal and state laws. Information collected during any contest or sweepstakes is to assist us in identifying and contacting winners. Contest entrants may automatically be included in our e-mailing list as provided by the contest rules. Contestant can unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.

Eminent Lifestyle sometimes offers promotional sweepstakes at its store locations. No purchase is necessary to participate in these sweepstakes and purchasing something does not increase your chance of winning. The limit is one entry per person. The sweepstakes are open to all legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia. You must be 13 years or older to participate. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have your parent’s or guardian’s permission before providing personal information. Eminent Lifestyle employees and their immediate family and household members are not eligible for these sweepstakes. Odds of winning the sweepstakes depend on the number of entries received. Decisions made at that time are final on all matters relating to the sweepstakes.
